in the foyer of Calderone, 31 Melenikou, Athens, (5 minutes from Kerameikos metro)

The exhibition will be open to the public from 18.00 to 22.00.

The exhibition is competitive and the winning photos will be selected by public voting during the exhibition by filling in a form and within a week of the end of the exhibition the winners will be announced.

The exhibition is organized by Calderone, in collaboration with Αgo Used by Petros Agopian

Landscape photography

By landscape photography, we mean an image that embodies the spirit of the outdoors. It feels like you are there to see something. It is the art of capturing images of the natural or constructed landscape in a way that is intended to transport the viewer to the location. While landscape photography is usually combined with nature photography, a cityscape can also be considered a landscape.

Landscape photographers seek to capture the places that inspire them exactly as they are. Aiming to accurately capture the subject, they analyze data such as weather, light, shadows, framing, meter, and average and create the image they have in mind, measuring all factors, not trying to improve the scene but highlighting it naturally without altering the result.
